I have given Classy Chassy more than one opportunity to do a good job on my truck. But for more times now than not the pre wash girl hasn't even touched my truck with the brush before it goes into the tunnel. I have the pre paid feature which I am about to cancel and go to another car wash in the harbor. Not happy at all here.

I've used their car detailing service a few times now and I am very satisfied with the job they do to clean my Cadillac CT4. Its shiny and beautiful, like new. They also vacuum all the dog hair that my grand fur baby leaves. All that and more in one hour. Thanks Mike and Jason!

In March 2025, I visited Classy Chassis in Gig Harbor for an oil change. In the process of changing the oil, they tore off my skid. skid plate. I wrote a negative review, which I posted on Google and Yelp. A few days later, Oil Change Director Ethan Braydo reached out to me, apologized, and said he was going to make things right by ordering me a new skid plate and putting it on himself. I was out of town when he reached out to me, but I told him I would get back to him shortly with the dates I would be back. Satisfied that my concerns were addressed, I removed the negative reviews. Soon after, I reached back out to Ethan with the dates I would be back in town. I attempted to contact him multiple times via email and left him voice messages. He failed to respond. I made arrangements to have Mackert Automotive order and install a new skid plate, which ended up costing me close to $200. It ended up being the most expensive oil change I’ve ever had, as well as one of the worst customer service experiences. If you care about your vehicle, avoid this business at all costs.

LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!! I really had the benefit of the doubt because I’ve been here before and they had done amazing. Sadly this time was not the same. I paid extra for my mats to be cleaned and they almost forgot to do it,I had to remind them. While I was being distracted by that I hadn’t noticed they didn’t vacuum my interior which is specifically what I had paid for. Honestly I’m going to buy my own car cleaning kit off of Amazon because I’m never doing this again. 36$ down the drain😤in my opinion it’s sad to see how much this place has changed and I genuinely feel I probably could’ve just done it myself. The wipes are from me going home and wiping the car down myself. Mind you they have all the cleaning supplies and missed all this when I just have car wipes…

I really like the customer service we received when arrived but that stopped once we got to the back of the car wash. The young lady was very rude and unkind. Asked how was her day and she responded “Do you have a receipt?” Asked again, “Are you okay?” Replied, “Yeah!” Proceeded to dry my truck half way to the point where I had to do everything over again. Please help these employees understand we are paying hard earned money monthly for subpar service isn’t acceptable.
